- 2 lbs. thinly sliced steak I used round
- 1 green peppers sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cup beef broth
- 6 slices of provolone cheese
- 6 hoagie rolls

Combine everything but the cheese and rolls in the Instant pot.

Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.

Set the pressure (on high for 10 minutes).

When finished do the natural release for 10 minutes.

Then do the quick release to release the rest of the pressure.

Serve on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
